1. Payments

Payment for regular tours has to be done in cash in INR to guide during the tour. Payment for private tours, ground services and other services need to be done in advance of the tour to confirm your booking using any of the following methods:

• By bank transfer to our Bank
• By PayPal – Extra Transaction fee applicable for cross border payment

2. Refunds

The tour is fully refundable if you cancel with minimum of 48 hours notice. No refund applicable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

While we make every effort to avoid cancellation of your tour from our side, but if we are forced to do so due to some unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities or governmental obligation then we shall reimburse full amount of your tour fee.

3. Disclaimer

• While we make every effort to provide on-time service, we do not 100% guarantee on time service also we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, resulting - directly or indirectly it may be because of - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, or any other causes beyond our control.
• You accept and assume all risk involved
• We have right to change time, route or itinerary
• We reserve the right to refuse to transport or retain any person as a member of the tour
